THE OPPORTUNITY This role will suit someone who is happy to support a team while attending to your own administration work as a priority. This role would suit those with some administrative/reception experience who are looking to gain more exposure within accounts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRaising scheduled and reactive service job requests Preparation of monthly client reports Purchasing Accounts payable Data entry Maintaining and updating contract information Responding in a timely manner to internal and external enquiries and requests by phone and Please apply through this site.
