About the Position

We are currently looking for experienced Administrators to fill multiple short and long term temporary positions in the South West of Sydney. Our clients are based in various locations such as Norwest, Blacktown, Huntingwood Wetherill Park, Auburn, Eastern Creek, Homebush, Silverwater and surrounding suburbs. Depending on the position and client's requirements, your duties include but are not limited to Answering all incoming calls on a busy switch Meeting and greeting clients and guests Ensuring the reception area and the office is neat and tidy Responding to verbal and written requests and general queries Preparation of correspondence Providing fast paced administration support to the team Data entry and database maintenance General ad-hoc duties as required The successful applicant Has previous reception and administration experience within a fast-paced environment Will have a high attention to detail and accuracy Hold a high level or presentation Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal Is proficient using Microsoft Office programs As a lot of our clients are hard to get to via public transport, we require you to have a current Drivers license along with a vehicle.
