Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite - Outlook, Word, Exce
Position Duties:
Providing ad hoc administrative assistance to the team
Filing, scanning, document control
Answering calls when the receptionist is unavailable
Assisting Chief Financial Officer in preparing monthly supplier statements
Payrate: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
