Position Title: Office Administrator
Location: Coburg VIC
Employment Type: Part Time Hours - Approximately 20 - 24 hours a week (flexible timing, Monday - Thursday).
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Good attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Organised and good at juggling tasks and prioritising
Great team player and willingness to learn
Desire to take initiative, expand the role and responsibilities
Position Duties:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities as you will be required to communicate with a variety of people
Excellent organisational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures
Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles is an advantage
Knowledge of Google Suite and office management software (an advantage however not essential)
Qualifications in administrative studies will be an advantage
Possess good levels of literacy and numeracy skills
Pleasant telephone manner
Payrate: $45000.00 to $60000.00 per year
