Me, mature short arse Aussie bloke who is seriously looking to get back to gym after some years and looking get rid of the 'Dad Bod' if you get my meaning.
Already member of a 24 hr gym in local area and try to get there three to four times a week.
Looking for a bloke to do similar as a gym buddy to help each other in achieving goals of serious muscle and improvement of fitness to work out with regularly at a gym in local Dandenong/Keysborough area.
Looking to get back into hiking and possibly bike riding.
